Further, 483 Bay Street was named Environmental Building of the Year in Ontario (the prestigious Earth Award), as well as Outstanding Building of the Year in Ontario (the TOBY award). 2180 Yonge Street also received a TOBY award, making 2011 an unprecedented year at the BOMA Awards for Northam Realty. Congratulations to Management and Operations staff at each of these properties for their hard work and dedication to excellence.
