On Thursday October 29, 2020, BOMA Canada hosted the BOMEX Virtual 2020 awards, the first virtual awards ceremony of its kind, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic. We are pleased to announce that Northam was represented not once but three times. With five buildings entered, Northam took home The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award at a national level for each of their respective categories, and the most overall awards of all competing Canadian property management companies. We are pleased to share the standard of excellence that this represents.

Tuesday September 22, 2020 BOMA Toronto hosted their first (and hopefully the last) Virtual Certificate of Excellence Awards Ceremony, due to the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We are pleased to announce that Northam was represented not once but five times. We had five buildings entered and each building won two awards (see below) for the Certificate of Excellence and The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in their respective categories. We are delighted to share the standard of excellence that this represents.

We are pleased to announce that 483 Bay Street in Toronto has been awarded the LEED EB O&M PLATINUM designation: for innovation in energy savings, water efficiency, CO2 emission reductions and stewardship of resources. The certification process, which involves months of dedication and preparation, is aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, while minimizing environmental impacts, in order to recognize and reward Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design. Congratulations to Neil Armstrong and his team at 483 Bay on this impressive achievement!
