Staff Announcement

We are pleased to announce that Prakash David has joined Northam Realty Advisors Limited as President and Chief Investment Officer. He will officially start his new role at Northam on January 9, 2024. Effective the same date, Craig S. Walters will become the Chief Executive Officer.

A great deal of time and energy was put into looking for someone who was not only intelligent and with ample real estate experience, but also someone who would be a great fit and embrace the culture that Northam has created over the years.

We feel fortunate that Prakash has decided to join Northam; he will reinvigorate our investment strategies with new ideas and become the next generation of leader at the company. Prakash has a great deal of experience working in the commercial real estate industry. We know he will bring a new perspective to Northam from the knowledge he has accumulated throughout his years in the industry.

We look forward to commencing this new chapter at Northam Realty Advisors Limited with Prakash leading the way.
