2023 BOMEX Awards

Thursday September 28, 2023 BOMA Canada hosted their BOMEX Awards Ceremony in Edmonton at the JW Marriott Ice District Hotel. We are pleased to announce that Northam was represented and won The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award at a National Level for managing the building in its respective category!

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Canada Awards

483 Bay Street

The Outstanding Building of the Year is awarded to the highest scoring building in each category of the Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Award, within all of Canada. This award is commonly known as the Oscar of the Commercial Real Estate Industry and comes with a great deal of prestige. The winner of this category will now proceed from winning the Canadian level to BOMA International level in Philadelphia to compete in July 2024.We are incredibly proud of this accomplishment and wish to congratulate; Neil Armstrong, Norman Olshansky, Eagen D’Mello and their team for winning The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Canada award in the Office Building Over 1 Million Sq. Ft. category (483 Bay Street).

We salute all of the hard work and diligent preparation that went into this competitive submission while upholding the Northam standard within our industry. Finally, I would like to also thank Ashley Pablo Mota and Stan Jones for their hard work and dedication in making it come together.
