BOMA Best Building Certifications

We are pleased to announce that 2 Carlton and 165 Commerce Valley Drive West have once again achieved BOMA BEST Certification. 2 Carlton Street was awarded BOMA BEST Silver with a score of 79%, a great achievement given the age of the building. The SouthCreek Corporate Centre at 165 Commerce Valley West was awarded BOMA BEST Gold, with a score of 81%.

Also, Northam has had the opportunity to  certify 145 King Street East since becoming a part of our portfolio. We are very happy to announce that it has been certified at the BOMA BEST Gold level with a score of 82%,  considered quite the accomplishment for a historic building.  

The Building and Owners Managers Association of Canada (BOMA Canada) has specifically developed this unique national certification program for existing commercial buildings in order to recognize and reward environmental leadership and energy performance within the commercial real estate industry.  We wish to commend the management and operations teams for their hard work and dedication.
