Ontario Waste Minimization Awards Recipients

On October 18, 2012, two Northam properties received awards at the 2012 Ontario Waste Minimization Awards Gala held at the Allstream Centre at Exhibition Place.  The Ontario Waste Minimization Awards is a program of the Recycling Council of Ontario, created to provide a recognition platform for the 3 R’s, environmentalism and the pressing need for sustainability in all human activity and consumption. 

Canada Square  took home a Gold Award in the Industrial Commercial & Institutional category.  This is Canada Square’s second Gold Award in two years in the Industrial Commercial & Institutional category.  As well, Canada Square was one of four buildings that received a Silver Award in the newly created 3 R Certified category.   

483 Bay Street  received a Silver Award in the Industrial Commercial & Institutional category.
